Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

Acceptance of Terms

Teamstead is operated by Diamond Ops, LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Teamstead, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Teamstead after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Community Guidelines

Teamstead is built around private team spaces — each team's chat, schedule, and finances are visible only to members of that team. Even so, content you post is seen by coaches, managers, parents, and players on your team, including other families. Please keep interactions respectful and focused on team operations.

The following are prohibited on Teamstead:

  • Harassment or bullying — targeting, threatening, or demeaning any individual.
  • Hate speech — content that attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Sexual or graphic content — explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material, especially in any context involving minors.
  • Spam — repetitive, off-topic, or commercial messages unrelated to your team.
  • Unauthorized sharing of personal information — posting another person's address, phone number, financial information, or other private details without their consent.

Moderation & Enforcement

Teamstead provides tools to keep team spaces safe. Any team member can report a message directly from within the app. Team managers receive these reports and can review and remove messages that violate these guidelines. Any member can also block another member to stop receiving their messages.

Teamstead may, at its discretion, remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines — particularly in cases involving minors, harassment, or illegal activity.

For escalations, appeals, or to report a concern that your team manager cannot resolve, contact us at support@getteamstead.com. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Payments

Teamstead does not process team payments. Payment links within the app (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle) open those third-party apps or websites, which have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Teamstead never receives, holds, or transmits your payment card or bank account information.

App subscriptions (Team Pro and Organization plans) are billed through the Apple App Store using Apple's standard in-app purchase system. Subscription management, refunds, and billing inquiries are handled through your Apple ID account settings.

Hotel Booking Services

Teamstead includes hotel search and booking features powered by HotelPlanner (Lexyl Travel Technologies, LLC). When you book a hotel through Teamstead, the search results, room rates, and reservation are provided by HotelPlanner; checkout is completed on a HotelPlanner-hosted page and your reservation, payment, and any cancellation or refund are governed by HotelPlanner's terms and policies.

Teamstead does not process hotel payments, hold reservations, or guarantee room rates or availability. Hotel rates may change between the time you view a room and the time you complete checkout; the final price shown on the checkout page is the price that applies. For questions about a hotel reservation, cancellation, refund, or customer service issue, please contact HotelPlanner directly using the contact information on your reservation confirmation.

Teamstead may receive a referral fee from HotelPlanner for bookings made through the app. This does not change the price you pay.

Account Termination & Data

You can delete your account at any time from within the app at Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, your children's profiles, your messages, and your photos. Teamstead reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
